Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an anti-adhesion agent using esterified collagen and hyaluronic acid is provided to help wound healing and tissue reconstruction with safety. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an anti-adhesion agent using esterified collagen and hyaluronic acid comprises: a step of treating pepsin to natural collagen to prepare attelo collagen; a step of adding 0.5-3 wt% of attelo collagen to 65-85 wt% of ethanol solution and stirring; a step of adding 0.5M acetic acid or hydrochloric acid and reacting at pH7.4 and 4°C for a week to obtain an esterified collagen solution; a step of freeze-drying the collagen solution to obtain esterified collagen; a step of adding 0.5-3 wt% of esterified collagen to purified solution and stirring at 4°C for 24 hours; and a step of preparing esterified collagen porous film; and a step of dipping the porous film in 0.5-5 wt% of purified solution and reacting at 4°C for 24 hours to prepare a porous film composite of esterified collagen and hyaluronic acid.
