Abstract: PURPOSE: A recovery method for pavement is provided to extend a service life by improving adhesive power between existing and new pavements. CONSTITUTION: A recovery method for pavement is as follows. The surface of an existing pavement(10) is cut. Impurities generated during the cutting work are removed using a high-pressure water sprinkler(100). The sprinkled water is removed by a vacuum suction device. An overlay layer is formed by placing asphalt concrete on the surface of the existing pavement.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wet shotcrete premix composition of high performance is provided to ensure excellent strength and rapid forming ability. CONSTITUTION: A shotcrete premix composition of high performance contains cement and 440-460kg/m^3 of silica fume, 9-12 weight parts of silica fume, and 0.1-0.3 weight parts of synthetic fiber. The water-binder ratio is 41-43.5. The maximum value of the thick aggregate is 10mm. A method for reinforcing and repairing wet shotcrete comprises: a step of examining deterioration part and selecting an object to be repaired and reinforced; a step of removing the deterioration part by hydrodemolition; a step of producing the premix composition; and a step of finishing installed surface.

A construction method for constructing joints to a concrete slab paved on a road at regular intervals comprises the steps of: locating a beam on a part where a joint is to be installed in the transverse direction of a road, and placing a lower reinforcement slab on a base layer of the road to make a lower flange of the beam buried to the appointed depth; installing a sheet for preventing friction among the lower reinforcement slab, the base layer of a road and the concrete slab; installing an elastic member(50) between the end of the concrete slab and the beam; forming a concrete slab by placing concrete on two sides of the beam; and installing a sealing member(60) on a connection of two ends of an upper flange(31) of the beam and the concrete slab.
