PURPOSE: A Hibiscus abelmoschus extract and Betula platyphylla var. japonica sap are provided to normalize expression of a gene of which expression is reduced by UV rays, to maintain homeostasis, and to effectively prevent aging. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for maintaining skin homeostasis contains one or more kinds from a Hibiscus abelmoschus extract and Betula platyphylla var. japonica sap as active ingredients. A cosmetic composition for improving skin elasticity contains one or more kinds from the Hibiscus abelmoschus extract and Betula platyphylla var. japonica sap as active ingredients. A cosmetic composition for antioxidation or antiaging contains one or more kinds from the Hibiscus abelmoschus extract and Betula platyphylla var. japonica sap as active ingredients. 본 발명은 멜라닌 합성 제어 인자 스크리닝 방법 및 장치, 미백 물질 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 멜라닌 합성 제어 인자를 스크리닝 방법은 멜라닌 합성 사이클을 구성하는 단백질들을 각각의 노드로 하여 네트워크화한 하나 이상의 멜라닌 합성 네트워크에 세포 신호전달 경로 신호, 다른 네트워크에 의한 출력 신호, 자외선 신호 및 멜라닌 신호 중 하나 이상을 입력하고, 상기 멜라닌 합성 사이클을 구성하는 단백질들 중 하나 이상의 활성 정보를 변경하는 신호를 해당 노드에 입력하여 생성된 출력 신호를 이용하여 멜라닌 합성 제어 인자를 스크리닝한다.

PURPOSE: A lignin compound derived from Kadsura coccinea is provided to ensure an excellent skin whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: A lignan compound for skin whitening represented by chemical formula 1, or a salt of the lignan compound is prepared. The lignan compound or the salt of the lignan compound is a lignan compound, or the salt is derived from Kadsura coccinea. A cosmetic composition consists of the lignan compound and the salt of the lignan compound. A method for obtaining the lignan compound or the salt of the lignan compound comprises the steps of: extracting Kadsura coccinea with an organic solvent; partitioning the extract of Kadsura coccinea with a solvent selected from solvents in which the polarity of solvents ranges from 1 to 9; and obtaining the lignan compound or the salt of the lignan compound by separating the partitioned compounds with a solvent.
