PURPOSE: Novel Lactobacillus plantarum APsulloc 331269 is provided to ensure excellent bile acid resistance, and to highly reach intestine. CONSTITUTION: Lactobacillus plantarum APsulloc 331269(deposit number: KCCM11182P) is isolated from Camellia sinensis leaves. A strain of the Lactobacillus plantarum APsulloc 331269 has acid resistance at pH 2.5-4.0 for 0.5-5 hours. The strain has bile acid resistance and produces lactic acid. A composition contains the strain or a culture medium thereof. The composition is a fermented food composition.

PURPOSE: An external use skin composition containing Scutellaria baicalensis extract is provided to suppress skin adhesion of harmful bacteria and biofilm formation. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition for suppressing biofilm formulation contains 0.01-5 wt% of Scutellaria baicalensis extract as an active ingredient. The composition further contains garlic extract or onion extract. The composition suppresses biofilm formed by Staphylococcus aureus or Staphylococcus epidermidis.

CONSTITUTION: A Staphylococcus aureus is used as an indicator for evaluating skin condition. The skin condition is evaluated by moisture, oil, pH concentration, transepidermal water loss(TEWL), skin roughness, inflammation, or whelk. A method for evaluating skin condition comprises: a step of measuring Staphylococcus aureus level in the skin; and a step of evaluating skin condition based on Staphylococcus aureus level.

PURPOSE: A mild composition for a external skin application with weak acid conditions for reducing a skin irritation property is provided to maintain the antiseptic ability while reducing a skin irritation by a chemistry antiseptic substance. CONSTITUTION: A mild composition for a external skin application is controlled with pH into 3.0~5.5, therefore capable of reducing the content rate of a chemistry antiseptic substance by 20~100%.
