Abstract: A perfume composition is provided, which is stable at low pH of less than 5 by comprising at least one perfume material having a functional group of alcohol or ketone such as anethole, l-carvone, alpha-damascone, alpha-ionone, and nerol, thereby providing fragrance without discoloration and change of odor.
