본 발명은 안정화된 α-케토 산(α-keto acid)을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부 외용제 조성물 및 그 α-케토 산 안정화 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 조성물의 pH 범위를 pH 6 이상으로 조절함으로써 α-케토 산이 조성물 내에서 케토 구조(keto form)로 안정하게 존재하는 피부 외용제 조성물 및 그 α-케토 산 안정화 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물 내에서는 유효성분인 α-케토 산이 케토 구조에서 디올 구조(diol form)로 구조 전환되지 않기 때문에 안정성이 극대화된다. α-케토 산(α-keto acid), α-케토글루타릭산(α-ketoglutaric acid), 옥살로아세틱산(oxaloacetic acid), pH, 케토 구조(keto form), 디올 구조(diol form)

PURPOSE: A method for measuring moisturizing effect of skin is provided to contribute product development and evaluation by comparing measurement data with reliable quantitative values. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring moisturizing effect of skin comprises a step of applying cosmetics and ammonium salt polymer to an artificial skin and cleaning and drying the artificial skin; and a step of detecting HPLC by extracting oil from the artificial skin. The polymer is poly quaternium-67. The HPLC is conducted with HPLC-CAD. The oil extraction is conducted by using a solution mixture of methanol and chloroform. The measuring method measures moisturizing effect by measuring remaining oil on skin.

PURPOSE: A method for simultaneously analyzing hexavalent chromium and trivalent chromium with ion chromatography is provided to analyze components rapidly and correctly in a sample. CONSTITUTION: A method for simultaneously analyzing hexavalent chromium and trivalent chromium includes the following steps of: separating mixed components of the hexavalent chromium and the trivalent chromium with a mixed solvent; combining the trivalent chromium with a chelating agent by adding a moving phase of which pH is 6.5-6.8; performing chromatography analysis by injecting the moving phase to an ion chromatography(IC) column; converting the hexavalent chromium to a fluometric reagent; and separating absorbance of the trivalent chrome with a UV-absorption photometer.

A simultaneous screening method for functional ingredients contained in cosmetics is provided to quickly analyze the functional ingredients having different chemical properties(solubility and polarity) with high separation rate. A simultaneous screening method for functional ingredients comprises the steps of: adding dimethyl formamide, methanol and water in cosmetic materials in a volume ratio of 1 : 0.9-1.2 : 0.1-0.05 to the mixed solvent and extracting functional ingredients from cosmetic materials; injecting the functional ingredients in a reversed phase non-polar column, wherein the reversed phase non-polar column is charged with octadecylsilane(C18), dodecylsilane(C12) or octasilane(C8) as a stationary phase; and injecting methanol or the mixed solvent of water and methanol a mobile phase to the column where functional component is injected.

An apparatus for evaluating odor of solid or nonvolatile liquid comprises: a vessel(1) containing raw materials; a cover(3) with a valve(11) for injecting or discharging gas; a connection pipe(2) for connecting an entrance of the vessel to the cover so that the distance between raw materials and a nose of evaluation person is maintained constantly; and connection portions(21) for connecting the entrance of the vessel with both ends of connection pipe and another end of connection pipe with an end of cover, wherein the cover, connection pipe and cover are made of glass; and the connection tools are ground glass joints.

The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the condition of an applied film of skin external application and, more specifically, to a method of objectively and visually showing the thickness of the applied film and the condition of applying a composition after applying the composition for skin external application on artificial skin. The method of evaluating the applied film of the composition for the skin external application provided by the present invention can objectively and visually show the condition and thickness of the applied film after using a product so as to easily delivery information to a customer immediately and present a characteristic of the product as objective data.

CONSTITUTION: A simultaneous analysis method of oxidative hair dye comprises a step of extracting hydrophilic and oleophilic dye component by adding a mixed solvent including (NH_2)_2HPO_4 aqueous solution and methanol into analysis target; a step of injecting the extracted dye component into a nonpolar column which is filled with one or more selected from octadecylsilane(C18), dodecyl silane(C12), and octa silane (C8); a step of qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing the dye component by absorbance analysis of liquid chromatography. PURPOSE: A measurement of silicon hair adsorption amount inside a hair cosmetic composition using XRF(energy dispersive X-Ray Florescence) is provided to easily and accurately analyze a reproducible result. CONSTITUTION: A measurement of silicon hair adsorption amount inside a hair cosmetic composition using XRF evaluates a silicon hair adsorption amount inside a wash-off type hair cosmetic composition. A reproducible and accurate analysis is performed by using a swatch wool through the hair.
