PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for UV protection is provided to highly prevent UV ray and to protect wrinkles. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for UV protection contains 1-10 wt% of hydrolyzed wheat protein/PVP crosspolymers and 5-30 wt% of silicon elastomer as an active ingredient. The molecular weight of the crosspolymer is 1,000-1,000,000 dalton. The silicon elastomer is contained in a powder form, paste form, or combination thereof. The viscosity of the cosmetic composition is 10,000-50,000 CPS. The cosmetic composition is applied to an applicator of a brush, puff, roll-on, roller, or sponge tip type.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing polymersomes in which peptides or hydrolysed millets are encapsulated is provided to improve whiteninig, elasticity, anti-wrinkling, skin transparency and moisturizing without skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains polymersomes in which peptides or hydrolyzed millets are encapsulated, as an active ingredient. The polymersome is prepared by synthesizing polylactic acid and polyethylene glycol in a weight ration of 1:1-1:10. The peptide encapsulated in the polymersomes is diaminopropionoyl tripeptide-33, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, acetyl heptapeptie-4, copper tripeptide-1, lysine polypeptide or acetyl tetrapeptide-11. The cosmetic composition is used for skin moisturizing, anti-wrinkling, skin transparency and anti-aging.
