Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing a reducing agent having excellent reducibility, a carrier for enhancing permeability, an anionic surfactant having excellent detergency, etc. is provided which has an excellent removal effect on hair dyeing without hair damage or skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for removing hair color comprises 0.1 to 10% by weight of a reducing agent, 0.1 to 10% by weight of a carrier, 4 to 60% by weight of an anionic surfactant, 0.01 to 2.0% by weight of a chelating agent, 1 to 20% by weight of a thickening agent, 1 to 10% by weight of an alkalizing agent and purified water.
