Abstract:
PURPOSE: A resin composition is provided to have excellent energy curable performance, and to prevent phenomenon occurring cloudiness, deformation of surface of a molded product in during injection molding process. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition comprises: silica dispersion comprising silica surface-treated by an acryloyloxy functional group and solvent; and a UV-curable resin having a (meth)acryloxyloxy functional group. A manufacturing method of the resin composition comprises: a step of arranging silica dispersion solution, of which silica is surface-treated by an acryloyloxy functional group, by condense-reacting silica with an OH functional group and acryloyloxy alkyl silane; a step of arranging a UV-curable resin having a (meth)acryloyloxy functional group; and a step of mixing the silica dispersion solution and the UV curable resin.

PURPOSE: A non-gloss coating composition for a decorative sheet, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent staining resistance, scratch resistance, and mold ability. CONSTITUTION: A non-gloss coating composition for a decorative sheet contains a thermal or UC curing binder resin, a silica particle surface processed with fluorine silane, and a solvent. The diameter of the silica particle surface processed with the fluorine silane is 1~15microns. The silica particle surface processed with the fluorine silane is obtained by mixing a silica particle with a reactant produced by adding water and an acidic catalyst to fluorine alkylsilane and hydrolyzing.

PURPOSE: A hard-coating composition is provided to ensure excellent membrane strength such as scratch resistance and abrasion resistance, to facilitate curved surface molding, and to secure good storage stability. CONSTITUTION: A hard-coating composition comprises (a) an acrylate-based copolymer including an epoxy functional group, (b) an acrylate-based copolymer including an acryloyl functional group, (c) a polyfunctional acrylate-based monomer, (d) a polyfunctional epoxy monomer, (e) a cationic UV initiator, and (f) a radical UV initiator. The acrylate-based copolymer including an epoxy functional group is prepared by polymerizing an acrylate monomer and an acrylate monomer having an epoxy radical.
