Abstract: PURPOSE: A non-gloss coating composition for a decorative sheet, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent staining resistance, scratch resistance, and mold ability. CONSTITUTION: A non-gloss coating composition for a decorative sheet contains a thermal or UC curing binder resin, a silica particle surface processed with fluorine silane, and a solvent. The diameter of the silica particle surface processed with the fluorine silane is 1~15microns. The silica particle surface processed with the fluorine silane is obtained by mixing a silica particle with a reactant produced by adding water and an acidic catalyst to fluorine alkylsilane and hydrolyzing.
