Abstract: PURPOSE: A foot image photographing device is provided to produce balance information about people based on pressure on the front and back sides or the left and right sides of a foot. CONSTITUTION: A foot (10) is located on a transparent footstool (100). A first reflection plate (101) is installed on the upper surface of the transparent footstool at a preset angle. The first reflection plate reflects the rear image of the foot which is located on the upper surface of the transparent footstool to the transparent footstool. A second reflection plate (102) is installed on the lower surface of the transparent footstool at the preset angle and reflects an image projected through the footstool. A camera (103) photographs the image which is reflected by the second reflection plate. The image which is photographed by the camera includes a bottom image and the rear image.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for controlling a home gateway are provided to ensure a user's QoS(Quality of Service) requirement by controlling the bandwidth of outgoing traffic in consideration of the bandwidth of incoming traffic in case the user's QoS requirement for incoming traffic, such as multimedia data, voice data, etc., exists. An apparatus for controlling a home gateway comprises a traffic monitoring part(110), a network management part(120), and a traffic control part(130). The traffic monitoring part, monitoring home network circumstances, outputs the information of requested incoming traffic according to a request for the present service state. The network management part requests the present service state to the traffic monitoring part according to a user's QoS requirement, combines an actual service bandwidth contained in the incoming traffic information outputted from the traffic monitoring part with the user's request bandwidth, judges whether the allocation of the request bandwidth is possible, and controls the bandwidth of outgoing traffic according to a judgment result. The traffic control part controls outgoing traffic according to the controlled outgoing traffic bandwidth.
