Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control method in which designing cost and initial cost are reduced. SOLUTION: A fluid channel is formed in a micro fluid device, and includes a flow rate control unit for changing a temperature of a liquid flowing in the fluid channel. A temperature control member in which heat sources the number of which is larger than the number of the flow rate control units in the micro fluid device are two-dimensionally arranged on the micro fluid device. The heat sources which are arranged on the flow rate control units among the heat sources are selectively operated so as to control, through the flow rate control units corresponding to the fluid channels, the flow rates of the liquid flowing in the fluid channel.
