Abstract:
본 발명은 장뇌삼을 포함하는 발효주의 제조방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 발효주에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 장뇌삼 원형을 발효시키거나 절편화 또는 분말화된 장뇌삼을 발효시킴으로써 장뇌삼의 유효성분인 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside)의 함량 개선을 통한 약리효능 향상 및 체내 흡수율이 강화된 발효주를 제조하는 방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 발효주에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 전분질 재료에 장뇌삼 절편 또는 장뇌삼 분말을 첨가하여 발효시킴으로써, 유효성분의 체내 흡수력을 높이면서 기호성을 살리는 장뇌삼 발효주가 제조될 수 있으며, 전분질 재료의 종류에 따라 막걸리 또는 와인을 제조할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing chlorophyll isolated from soybeans is provided to ensure antioxidation and anticancer activities and to identify new physiological activity of a soybean. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition with anticancer and antioxidation activities contains 0.1-80 wt% of chlorophyll isolated from soybeans. The chlorophyll includes chlorophyll a or chlorophyll b. The chlorophyll is separated from a soybean, sprouting bean, or bean sprout.

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition having antioxidation activity containing chlorophylls isolated from soybean as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the antioxidant activity and a proliferation controlling effect against various cancer cell lines of the chlorophylls isolated from soybean are verified for offering a new physiological function of soybean, and the chlorophylls isolated from soybean can be used as a pharmaceutical composition, health supplementary food, and a cosmetic composition with anticancer and antioxidation activity.
