본발명은메틸화카테킨을유효성분으로함유하는암세포의성장억제용조성물에관한것으로, 더욱상세하게는본 발명의메틸화카테킨(EGCG-3Me)은자외선에의해유도되는 MMP-1(Matrix metalloproteinase-1)의단백질발현을억제하며, 암세포의증식을저해할수 있으며, 특히, 메틸화카테킨이피부암, 전립선암및 유방암세포의증식을억제하는효과를지님으로써, 암세포의성장억제용건강기능식품또는약학조성물로유용하게사용할수 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for extracting lutein from green tea and, more specifically, to a method for checking whether lutein has antioxidant and anticancer activity by separating a purified form of lutein that is a carotenoid-based pigment from green tea in order to perform bioactive consideration of lutein separated from green tea and to grasp characteristics regarding the use of these dye-based compounds and testing antioxidant and anticancer activity of the separated lutein that is a carotenoid-based pigment. According to the present invention, the method can obtain the possibility of proposing a new source of an anticancer composition while determining a new bioactive function of green tea and the effect of proposing a new function of green tea as an anticancer composition.

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition having antioxidation activity containing chlorophylls isolated from soybean as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the antioxidant activity and a proliferation controlling effect against various cancer cell lines of the chlorophylls isolated from soybean are verified for offering a new physiological function of soybean, and the chlorophylls isolated from soybean can be used as a pharmaceutical composition, health supplementary food, and a cosmetic composition with anticancer and antioxidation activity.

본 발명은 맥문동 종자 추출물을 포함하는 항비만 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 맥문동 종자 추출물 및 이로부터 분리된 적색 색소가 알파-글루코시다아제, 알파-아밀라아제 및 리파아제의 효소 저해활성을 나타냄을 확인한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 맥문동 종자 추출물을 포함하는 비만 치료, 개선 및 예방을 위한 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for extracting a large amount of methylated catechins from Camellia sinensis leaves, green tea, or oolong tea is provided to obtain a large amount of high purity methylated catechins with anti-allergic activity. CONSTITUTION: A large amount of methylated catechins are extracted using a mixture solvent of formic acid-containing distilled water and ethanol from Camellia sinensis leaves, green tea, or oolong tea. The concentration of the formic acid is 0.1-2.0%. The concentration of the mixture solvent is 10-50 wt% (w/v) with respect to the weight of the Camellia sinensis leaves, green tea, or oolong tea. The ethanol is 40-90% ethanol.

PURPOSE: An anticancer composition containing chlorophyll isolated from green tea is provided to ensure high antioxidation and anticancer activities. CONSTITUTION: An anticancer composition contains 0.1-20 mg/g of chlorophylls isolated from green tea. Chlorophylls are chlorophyll a and b, and phaeophytin a and b. The cancer is colon cancer.
