Abstract:
The present invention relates to a feed using a mushroom spent medium and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a feed obtained by inoculating Bacillus subtilis CS21 [Accession no.: KACC91687P] and Saccharomyces sp. CS1 in a spent medium remaining after harvesting the mushroom, followed by fermentation, and a method for preparing the feed. According to the present invention, environmental problems can be solved by recycling the mushroom spent medium that can be made into a feed, and effects of reducing the feed cost and producing high-quality meat can be obtained by providing a method for preparing a feed, capable of improving safety and conservativeness of the spent medium through anaerobic fermentation, and a feed prepared by the method.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CS07 strain (consignment number: KACC91686P) which is separated from a waste culture medium for Collybia velutipes and inhibits the growth of fungi. The Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CS07 strain (consignment number: KACC91686P) which is separated from the waste culture medium for Collybia velutipes and inhibits the growth of fungi according to the present invention is included in a mushroom waste culture medium so that the mushroom waste culture medium can be used as a fodder resource. Accordingly, a fodder additive for inhibiting the growth of fungi can be produced, and the activity for inhibiting the growth of fungi can be used in various ways.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel strain of Bacillus subtilis CS21 (deposit no. KACC91687P) with a cellulolytic activity separated from a spent medium of Pleurotus eryngii. The Bacillus subtilis CS21 (deposit no. KACC91687P) with a cellulolytic activity separated from a spent medium of Pleurotus eryngii according to the present invention is included in a spent medium of a mushroom to use the spent medium of a mushroom as feed resources, and thus change the structure of a fibrous material to manufacture a feed additive improving the digestibility of a breeding animal, and be widely used by using the cellulolytic activity.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CS47 is provided to ensure fibrinolysis activity and to be used in various uses. CONSTITUTION: A novel Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CS47(deposit number: KCCM 11049P) has a fibrinolysis activity. The novel strain is isolated horse droppings. A method for preparing a culture liquid for Bacillus amyloliquefaciens comprises: a step of preparing a culture medium; a step of culturing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens; and a step of collecting the culture medium. The mass culture for Bacillus amyloliquefaciens is performed using soybean cake and rice bran.
