CONSTITUTION: A novel strain, Bacillus licheniformis CS(deposit number: KCCM11050P) has a fibrinolysis activity. The novel strain is isolated from horse droppings. A method for preparing Bacillus licheniformis culture liquid comprises: a step of preparing a culture medium; a step of culturing Bacillus licheniformis in the culture medium; and a step of collecting the culture medium. The culture medium contains soybean cake and rice bran mixed in a ratio of 8:2.
