The present invention relates to a door device. A movable unit reciprocates along a rail unit formed on a supporting plate. The reciprocating movement of the movable unit is allowed by a first movement assisting unit, and a driving force required for the reciprocating movement of the movable unit is received from an operation transmission unit. A second movement assisting unit which is connected between the movable unit and the operation transmission unit allows the expansion of the movable unit and induces a door leaf to be smoothly opened and closed.

PURPOSE: An integral EPP steering wheel manufacturing method is provided to omit additional vacuum cooling processes by preventing the deformation of EPP. CONSTITUTION: An integral EPP(Expanded Polypropylene) steering wheel manufacturing method is as follows. A steering wheel is inserted into the lower cavity(11) of a lower mold. An upper mold and the lower mold are coupled with each other and form a cavity for accommodating a steering wheel. Polypropylene material is injected to the cavity through a material injecting unit(4). Polypropylene raw materials are formed by being supplied to a cavity through a heating supply unit(5).

The present invention relates to an automatic footplate module for a vehicle capable of stably maintaining a state of a footplate in which the footplate is drawn like stairs in a structure wherein a first step and a second step are continuously drawn from and stored in a guide frame by a driving unit and the second step is supported to the first step by a state maintaining unit.

PURPOSE: An automatic step system used for a platform for a vehicle is provided to expand a waiting space for passengers by reducing a space where steps are occupied. CONSTITUTION: An automatic step system used for a platform for a vehicle comprises a guide frame (110), an upper step (120), and a first electric actuator (130). The guide frame is installed on a platform in a horizontal direction. The upper step is installed on the guide frame to be movable frontward and backward and is drawn frontward so that passengers can step thereon. The first electric actuator is installed in the guide frame and the upper step and moves the upper step frontward and backward by switching the driving force of a first motor (131) into a linear motion.

PURPOSE: A precise transferring device is provided to minimize the loss of transmitted force by preventing the slip of a roller and a ring slide. CONSTITUTION: A precise transferring device(50) comprises a ring slide(70), a lower block(60), and an upper block. The inner circumference of the ring slide is inclined to a central part, so that a tapered surface(72) is formed. The outer circumference of the ring slide is flatly formed. The lower block is installed on the lower part of the ring slide. A plurality of flat rollers(62) is installed inside the lower block. A plurality of flat rollers supports the outer circumference of the ring slide. The upper block is coupled with the top of the lower block. A plurality of first and second rollers is installed inside the upper block.

The gear box assembly includes: a gear box housing having a latch groove in an inner circumference thereof; a spindle installed within the gear box housing to be able to rotate by interposing a bushing therebetween; a gear box cap having a through-hole at the center thereof into which a rotating shaft of a driving motor is inserted, and a latch groove hole in an inner circumference thereof; a socket connecting and coupling the gear box housing and the gear box cap; a pinion installed within the gear box housing , and connected to the rotating shaft of the operation motor; a ring gear in which a gear unit is formed on an inner circumference thereof, a first latch protrusion is formed on an upper portion thereof and coupled to a latch groove of the gear box cap, and a second latch groove is formed on a lower portion thereof and coupled to the latch groove of the gear box housing; and a planetary gear engaged with the pinion, and rotating internally in the state of being in contact with the gear unit of the ring gear.
