    Abstract: PURPOSE: An integral EPP steering wheel manufacturing method is provided to omit additional vacuum cooling processes by preventing the deformation of EPP. CONSTITUTION: An integral EPP(Expanded Polypropylene) steering wheel manufacturing method is as follows. A steering wheel is inserted into the lower cavity(11) of a lower mold. An upper mold and the lower mold are coupled with each other and form a cavity for accommodating a steering wheel. Polypropylene material is injected to the cavity through a material injecting unit(4). Polypropylene raw materials are formed by being supplied to a cavity through a heating supply unit(5).
