Abstract: 본발명은건축폐기물파쇄기에관한것으로서, 본발명의목적은 2개의배출구를적용하여단위시간당더 많은파쇄물을배출할수 있고, 회전통내부공간에삿갓모양의보호대를배치하여, 상기배출구로낙하하는강구의충격에의한배출구의손상을방지하여배출구의내구성및 수명을향상시킬수 있는건축폐기물파쇄기를제공하는것이다. 본발명에따른건축폐기물파쇄기는원통형으로서상기원통의중심축을기준으로회전동작이가능한회전통(10); 상기회전통(10) 내부에마련되어파쇄작업을수행하는다수의강철조각; 건축폐기물을상기회전통 (10) 내부로투입하기위하여상기회전통(10)의일면에형성된투입구(30); 상기회전통(10)의끝단부의둘레면을따라다수의격자무늬가관통하도록성형된망사배출구(20); 및상기투입구(30)가형성된회전통(10)의일면에대향하는타측면에이르기까지의구간은그 직경이점차증가되는확대관으로형성되어전체적으로삿갓모양으로구성된보호대(50)를포함하도록구성된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A crusher for construction waste is provided to prevent a discharge hole from being damaged due to impacts from a dropped steel ball by arranging a protective brace in the inner part of a rotary tank and to improve the durability and the life time of the discharge hole. CONSTITUTION: A crusher for construction waste comprises: a cylindrical rotary tank(10) capable of rotating based on the central axis of cylinder; multiple steel pieces which are prepared inside the rotary tank and perform breaking work; a putting hole(30) which is included on one side of the rotary tank; a netting discharge hole(20) which is shaped to make a plurality of lattice patterns pass along the boundary surface of the rotary tank end; and a protective brace shaped like a bamboo hat.

Abstract: An apparatus for treating constructive waste is provided to separate efficiently waste concrete mass containing external particles into pure concrete pieces and external particles. External particles(22) and concrete pieces(24), which are crushed by a crusher(20), are inputted into a cylindrical screen(30). The cylindrical screen has an opened inner space and screw thread-shaped projections formed on an inner surface thereof. A plurality of holes are formed between neighboring projections. The concrete pieces disposed on a valley between projections are discharged through the holes while the cylindrical screen is rotated. The external particles disposed on the valley are moved, and discharged through an opposite opening of the cylindrical screen.

Abstract: 본 발명은 각종 건설폐기물로부터 재활용 골재를 생산하는 초기과정에서 건설폐기물을 파쇄하기 전에 건설폐기물의 내부에 혼재되어 있던 쓰레기나 토분 등과 같은 이물질을 사전에 분리하기 위하여 사용되는 다수개의 빔이 설치된 휘다에 관한 것이다.
종래의 경우엔 통상적인 진동스크린을 이용하여 이물질을 분리하고 있으나, 이러한 진동스크린의 경우 와이어 메쉬 형태이어서 건설폐기물의 내부에 혼재되어 있는 철근 등의 이물질이 쉽게 끼워져 막히고 함수비가 큰 토분은 스크린을 통과하지 못하고 막히는 등 작업상 지장을 초래하며, 종래의 그리즐리 피더(Grizzly Feeder)의 경우에도 내부에 가로대가 설치되어 있어 상기 문제점을 해소할 수 없는 단점이 있다.
본 발명은 전술한 종래의 문제점을 해소시켜 어떠한 형태의 이물질도 중간에 걸리거나 막힘이 없이 건설폐기물을 이송하게 하여 덩어리 형태의 건설폐기물과 이와 혼재된 토분 등을 분리시켜 재생골재나 기타 골재의 생산과정에서 유효 적절하게 활용할 수 있는데 그 특징이 있다.
