본 발명은 숙신산 또는 말레인산 그룹을 함유하는 신규한 구조의 이소솔바이드 지방산 에스테르 화합물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 생분해성이 우수하고, 윤활유, 연료유, 금속가공유, 유압작동유 등의 오일에 대해 용해성이 우수하여 방청 성능을 크게 개선할 수 있는 상기 숙신산 또는 말레인산 그룹을 함유하는 이소솔바이드 지방산 에스테르 화합물을 방청제로서 포함하는 오일에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing conjugated linoleic acid methyl ester from linoleic acid methyl ester contained in bio diesel produced from animal/vegetable oil waste resources by using nickel-supported zeolite heterogeneous catalysts. In the present invention, if using the nickel-supported zeolite heterogeneous catalysts for preparing the conjugated linoleic acid methyl ester, environmental loads can be reduced compared to conventional homogeneous catalysts and precious metals heterogeneous catalysts by reducing energy costs, the wastewater generation amount, etc. and selectivity of separation can be significantly increased thereby separating the conjugated linoleic acid methyl ester in high yield so as to provide the same as a raw material required for manufacturing cyclic dimer acid.

본 발명은 저가의 동식물유 폐자원을 가수분해하여 얻어지는 지방산에 포함되어 있는 불포화 지방산을 고순도로 분별하기 위해 유화 성능이 향상된 계면활성제를 이용하여 불포화 지방산을 요소부가 결정법과 계면활성제법으로 구성되는 일원화 공정으로 분리하는 고순도 불포화 지방산의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고순도 불포화 지방산의 제조방법을 사용하는 경우, 종래기술의 불포화 지방산 분리기술에 비해 에너지 비용을 절감하고 폐수의 발생량을 줄이는 등 환경부하를 저감하고 분리의 선택성을 크게 증가시켜 고순도 불포화 지방산을 고수율로 분리하여 이를 사이클릭 다이머산을 제조하는데 필요한 원료물질로 제공할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A succinic acid ester compound of a novel structure containing a triazole group is provided to ensure biodegradability and solubility in fuel oil and lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION: A triazole-containing succinic acid ester compound is denoted by chemical formula 2 or 3. In chemical formulas 2 and 3, R is an alkenyl group or alkyl group of C4-C16, and R' is an alkyl group of C1-C18. A method for preparing the compound comprises a step of reacting a succinic anhydride of chemical formula 5 with a traizole of chemical formula 4 at 60-150 deg. C for 2-12 hours. A corrosion inhibitor contains the compound of chemical formula 2 or 3. Fuel oil contains the corrosion inhibitor.

An acetyl hydroperoxide composition for disinfection and sterilization is provided to maximize a stability of the acetyl hydroperoxide in basic using a tetra acetyl ethylene diamine and a per borate and adding a cationic surfactant, an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a pH adjusting agent and a heavy metal trapping agent and to raise a sterilizing ability. A kit for providing an acetyl hydroperoxide composition for disinfection and sterilization comprises the first liquid containing a tetra acetyl ethylene diamine, a surfactant, a pH adjusting agent, a heavy metal trapping agent and water and the second liquid containing a per borate and water, and provides an acetyl hydroperoxide composition by producing the acetyl hydroperoxide by mixing of the first liquid and the second liquid.

An aqueous epoxy emulsion adhesive composition for adhering the flooring, and a method for preparing the composition are provided to improve biodegradation and to prevent the generation of volatile organic compounds. An aqueous epoxy emulsion adhesive composition comprises 10-50 parts by weight of an epoxy resin emulsion; 0-30 parts by weight of a fixing agent; 5-70 parts by weight of a filler; 1-20 parts by weight of a fatty acid ester-based compound derived from a vegetable oil as a solvent; and 0-2 parts by weight of a dispersant. Preferably the fatty acid ester-based compound derived from a vegetable oil is represented by R1-COO-R2, wherein R1 is a C12-C22 fatty acid group; and R2 is a C1-C6 alkyl group.

PURPOSE: An engine adjuvant for a gasoline engine lubricant is provided, which is improved in the compatibility with an already-existing lubricant and forms the protection layer on an internal combustion engine easily for preventing the damage of the internal surface of an engine, improving the gasoline mileage and reducing the smoke. CONSTITUTION: The engine adjuvant comprises 50-90 wt% of a synthetic oil mixture of a poly(α-olefin) and a diester oil; 2-15 wt% of a molybdenum compound containing no phosphorus; 2-10 wt% of an oil-soluble secondary amine antioxidizing agent; 2-10 wt% of an alkali earth metal sulfonate; and 2-10 wt% of an ashless imide-based dispersant. Preferably the α-olefin has a viscosity of 15-40 cSt at 40 deg.C and 3-8 cSt at 100 deg.C; the diester oil has a viscosity of 20-40 cSt at 40 deg.C and 3-8 cSt at 100 deg.C; the molybdenum compound is molybdenum carbamate or an organic molybdenum compound; the oil-soluble secondary amine antioxidizing agent is represented by R'N(-R")H, wherein R' and R" are an aryl group of C6-C30; the alkali earth metal sulfonate is a metal alkylbenzene sulfonate represented by the formula 2, wherein R is an alkyl group of C8-C20 and M is a metal element; and the ashless imide-based dispersant is at least one selected from the group consisting of a polybutene-maleic acid ester copolymer, a substituted succinimide, a polyamide succinimide, a polyhydroxy succinic acid ester and a substituted Mannich base.

PURPOSE: Provided is a water repellent which is easily dissolved in general solvent and has excellent water repellency, and which shows excellent durability when used for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The fluorine-containing fatty acid ester used as a water repellent is represented by formula 1: F(CF2)n(CH2)mOOC-R1-CH3. In the formula 1, R1 is an alkenyl group containing at least one of C10-C18 double bonds, n is an integer of 6-12, and m is an integer of 4-10. The fatty acid ester containing fluorine is obtained by condensing a fatty acid represented by formula 2 and perfluoroalcohol represented by formula 3 in the presence of catalyst. Formula 2: HOOC-R1-CH3. Formula 3: F(CF2)n(CH2)mOH. In the formulae 2 and 3, R1 is an alkenyl group containing at least one of C10-C18 double bonds, n is an integer of 6-12, and m is an integer of 4-10.

PURPOSE: A water soluble wear-resistant agent for metal working process is provided to obtain improved solubility, foaming stability and lubricating ability by introducing both of a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group into a molecule of the agent. CONSTITUTION: The wear-resistant agent comprises a polymer combination represented by a formula of H(OCH2CH2)£(OCH2CH2)xOOC-R1-COO|n(CH2CH2O)xCH2CH2OR2) prepared by conducting a condensation-polymerization of aliphatic di-basic acid represented by a formula of HOOC-R1-COOH and polyethyleneglycol represented by a formula of H(OCH2CH2)xOCH2CH2OH in a presence of specified catalyst (wherein R1 is alkyl or alkenyl group having C4-C12; R2 is hydrogen or -(O)C-R1-COOH; x is integer of 4-35; n is integer less than 4 when R2 is hydrogen while another integer of 1-10 when R2 is -(O)C-R1-COOH).
