Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and a method for detecting a direction of a broadband signal are provided to simultaneously detect directions without respect to the number of narrowband signals even though a limited number of antennas are used. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting a direction of a broadband signal comprises the following units. A broadband receiving unit(120) receives a broadband signal through an antenna to extract at least one narrowband signal and converts the extracted narrowband signal into an IF(Intermediate Frequency). A data extracting unit(130) extracts and outputs I/Q(Integer/Quadrature) data from the outputted IF signal. A direction detecting unit(150) detects an arrival direction of the narrowband signal.
