Abstract: PURPOSE: A simulation training system capable of goal-oriented action planning and a goal-oriented action planning method are provided to perform goal-oriented action planning for autonomous action of computer-generated forces. CONSTITUTION: A computer-generated training system includes a simulation training server(110) for simulating a war game and analyzing the result of the simulation, a plan establisher(120) for receiving a simulation value generated according to the simulation and inputting each structure of force, function by force, function by entity, goal and action agent value with respect to a first computer-generated force and a second computer-generated force facing with each other of the war game in the simulation training server, an action agent server(140) for providing an action agent value configured with a hierarchical task including an upper layer task and a lower layer task according to the goal and a knowledge expert computer(130) for setting a structure of force, a function by force, a function by entity, goal and action agent value.
