Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotary safety switch and a guided missile launcher are provided to prevent the wrong operation of a rotary safety switch since the rotary switch is fixed even if a guided missile is launched or strong vibration or impact is transferred from the external environment. CONSTITUTION: A rotary safety switch(300) comprises an operation switch unit(330), a switch knob(310), operation buttons(311A,311B), latch pins(323A,323B), and a fixed plate(320). If the operation switch unit is changed from a locked state to an unlocked state, then an operating signal is transferred to a launching tube. The switch knob switches between the locked and unlocked states of the operation switch unit by rotation. The operation buttons pass through the switch knob. Pin members(312A,312B) are formed on the lower parts of the operation buttons. In the locked and unlocked states of the operation switch unit, the latch pins restrict the movement of each switch knob.
