Abstract: PURPOSE: A soft start device and a method thereof are provided to prevent the voltage drop of a power supply device by using a contactless power device with a Y-connection state. CONSTITUTION: One side junction part(304a) of a first on/off state switch(304) is connected to the output terminal of a three-phase induction motor(303). One side junction part(305a) of a second on/off state switch(305) is connected to the output terminal of the three-phase induction motor. A contactless power device(302) supplies a voltage to the induction motor and softly starts the motor. A control part(301) outputs a control signal for a Y-connection to the first on/off state switch. The control part outputs a control signal for a delta connection to the second on/off state switch.

Abstract: The canister connector of a launching tube according to an embodiment of the present invention is a canister connector of a launching tube, which is formed on the outer periphery of the launching tube where a guide missile is contained, and connects an inner connector connected to a canister connector of the guided missile on one end so as to transmit an electric signal to the canister connector of the guided missile, and an outer cable connected to launching equipment of a guided missile on one end. Abstract: PURPOSE: A monitoring device of guided missile canister oil leakage is provided to monitor the oil leakage when installing the guided missile and to stably control launch by blocking error signal of sensor output when separating the guided missile.
