Abstract: PURPOSE: An explosive bolt is provided to reduce explosive impact and debris generated when the explosive bolt is exploded by forming a slot at a body of the explosive bolt. CONSTITUTION: An explosive bolt includes a bolt body(21) for connecting two mechanical parts and an explosive member, which is screw-coupled with the bolt body(21) so as to explode a part of the bolt body(21), thereby separating two mechanical parts from each other. The explosive bolt has a cylindrical explosive member mounting section(24), which is provided at an upper portion of the bolt body(21). The explosive member is detachably coupled to the bolt body(21) or integrally formed with the bolt body(21). The explosive member has a separating gunpowder(23) filled in the cylindrical explosive member mounting section(24), a connecting sleeve(29) filled with connecting gunpowder(29a), and an igniter(30) for igniting the connecting gunpowder(29a) in order to explode the separating gunpowder(23).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A clamping member assembly and a pressure vessel including the same are provided to make at least a part of the body of an inserted member have a circular cross section, thereby alleviating or preventing the leakage of explosion pressure when an explosion gunpowder is exploded. CONSTITUTION: A clamping member assembly(200) comprises a clamping member(210) and an inserted member(220). The clamping member has both end parts(213) which recede or approach each other. The clamping member has a circular band shape. The inserted member supports weight which is applied between both end parts of the clamping member. The inserted member is bursts by gunpowder. The inserted member comprises a body(221), an explosion gunpowder(230), and an explosion inducing part(240). The body is located between both end parts(223). The explosion gunpowder is built in the inserted member body. The explosion inducing part is connected to the explosion gunpowder to ignite the explosion gunpowder.

Abstract: 본 발명은 두 기계 부품을 순간적으로 분리하는 데 사용되는 가스 팽창 분리형 볼트에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 여러 종류의 폭발볼트가 사용되어 왔으나, 이들은 화약을 사용하기 때문에 그 폭발충격에 의해 주변 기기의 오동작과 고장을 초래하며, 오폭에 의한 안전사고의 위험이 있었다. 본 발명은 볼트 몸체의 내부에 형성된 충전공간에 비압축/유동성 충전물질을 충전하고, 압력발생수단으로부터 발생되는 압력이 비압축/유동성 충전물질을 통해 볼트 몸체의 전달 부위에 전달되도록 함으로써 작동충격에 의한 주변 기기의 오동작과 고장을 방지하고, 오폭에 의한 안전사고를 방지하며, 볼트 몸체의 분리단면을 자유롭게 변경 설계할 수 있으며, 형상 및 크기를 다양하게 변경할 수 있어 분리나 방출 시스템을 운용하고 구성하는 데 큰 도움을 주게 되고, 제작공정이 용이하고, 제조비용이 절감되는 것이다.
