Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device for recording operation history of rocket ignition safety device to store necessary data temporarily for measuring delay time of electrical and mechanical delay member of the ignition safety device. CONSTITUTION: A supporter(100) is provided detachably in a rocket having a receiving space. A power supplier supplies power to a rocket ignition safety device and a history recording device on the supporter. A switching portion is installed in one side of the supporter to control power applied to the rocket ignition safety device and the history recording device. A sensing member is installed inner side of the supporter to sense looseness of the rocket ignition safety device. A signal processing member is installed in one side of the supporter to process signals transmitted from the sensing member and store information.
Abstract:
A heat resistant isomerization catalyst, and a method for preparing exo-tetrahydrodi(methylcyclopentadiene) by using the catalyst are provided to reduce processing time and to simplify manufacturing equipment. A heat resistant isomerization catalyst comprises a heteropolyacid containing cesium, and is used in the isomerization of endo-tetrahydrodi(methylcyclopentadiene) into exo-tetrahydrodi(methylcyclopentadiene). A method comprises the steps of firstly hydrogenating methylcyclopentadiene dimer in the presence of a hydrogenation catalyst at 50-150 deg.C to prepare dihydrodi(methylcyclopentadiene); and secondly hydrogenating and isomerizing the dihydrodi(methylcyclopentadiene) in the presence of a hydrogenation catalyst and the heat resistant isomerization catalyst at 150-300 deg.C.

본 발명은 기계식 점화 안전 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래의 전기적 방식에 의한 점화 안전 장치의 경우 주위의 전기적 영향에서 완전히 자유롭지 못하여 오작동의 우려가 있으며, 조작자가 안전 상태인지 무장 상태인지를 시각적으로 판단하지 못하여 심리적 불안에 따른 조작 실수가 야기될 수 있는 문제점이 있음을 인식하여 이를 해결하고자, 길이방향으로 피스톤 통로가 형성되고 상기 피스톤 통로와 측방향으로 연통되도록 추진기관 삽입부가 형성되는 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 피스톤 통로를 따라 이동 가능하도록 장착되는 피스톤과, 일단에 설치된 화약컵이 상기 피스톤의 한쪽 면과 마주보도록 상기 몸체의 길이방향 일단에 고정되는 착화기와, 작업자의 조작에 따라 동작되어 상기 피스톤의 이동을 막거나 허용하는 것을 선택적으로 행하는 피스톤 � �금 수단을 포함하여 구성되는 기계식 점화 안전 장치를 제공한다.

PURPOSE: An explosion bolt is provided to previously prevent the safety accident caused by the mis-explosion and to easily manage the bolt by separating an igniter and separation gunpowder out of a bolt body. CONSTITUTION: The explosion bolt installs:a bolt body(10) for combining two components, having a male screw unit(10a) on a side outer circumference of the bolt body(10), an angular head unit(10b) on the opposite side, a cylindrical recessed groove unit(10c) of a specific depth formed to make an opening edge placed on the plane of the head unit(10b), and a female screw unit(10d) inside of the inlet of the recessed groove unit(10c); an explosion unit(20) installed on the bolt body(10) to be possibly fixed and removed to separate a certain part of the bolt body(10) in a moment by exploding the part.

본 발명은 두 기계 부품을 순간적으로 분리하는 데 사용되는 가스 팽창 분리형 볼트에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 여러 종류의 폭발볼트가 사용되어 왔으나, 이들은 화약을 사용하기 때문에 그 폭발충격에 의해 주변 기기의 오동작과 고장을 초래하며, 오폭에 의한 안전사고의 위험이 있었다. 본 발명은 볼트 몸체의 내부에 형성된 충전공간에 비압축/유동성 충전물질을 충전하고, 압력발생수단으로부터 발생되는 압력이 비압축/유동성 충전물질을 통해 볼트 몸체의 전달 부위에 전달되도록 함으로써 작동충격에 의한 주변 기기의 오동작과 고장을 방지하고, 오폭에 의한 안전사고를 방지하며, 볼트 몸체의 분리단면을 자유롭게 변경 설계할 수 있으며, 형상 및 크기를 다양하게 변경할 수 있어 분리나 방출 시스템을 운용하고 구성하는 데 큰 도움을 주게 되고, 제작공정이 용이하고, 제조비용이 절감되는 것이다.

본 발명은 폭발유니트 분리형 폭발볼트에 관한 것으로, 볼트몸체(10)와 폭발유니트(20)를 착,탈가능토록 별도로 구성하여, 볼트몸체(10)에 의하여 두 기계부품이 결합된 상태에서 두 기계부품을 순간적으로 분리해야되는 경우에는 볼트몸체(10)와 폭발유니트(20)를 결합하고 폭발시켜서 순간적으로 두 기계부품이 분리되도록 함으로써, 오폭이 발생될 수 있는 폭발유니트를 별도로 보관할 수 있게 되어 안전사고가 예방된다.

PURPOSE: A firing pin type explosive bolt is provided to lower a manufacturing price and to simplify an assembling process by allowing separate gunpowder to burst without using connection gunpowder and a connection sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A firing pin type explosive bolt includes a screw forming part(12), a body(11), a body of a bolt(10), an explosive member(20), an igniter(30), an ignition unit(44), and an explosive bolt. The screw forming part has an outer peripheral surface including a screw. The screw forming part(12) is integrated with the body at the end part of the body(11). The body of the bolt(10) has a mounting groove. The igniter(30) generates pressure for ignition. The igniter(30) is mounted in an upper part of the mounting groove. The explosive member includes separate gunpowder.

PURPOSE: A safety device for mechanical ignition is provided to block up the combustion to a propulsion engine even in an accidental operation of an igniter, to promote psychological stability of a worker by making possible the possibility or impossibility of shooting confirmed with naked eyes and to prevent a mistake in operation of a worker. CONSTITUTION: A handle(17) is pushed to separate a protrusion(16a) from a protrusion insertion groove when a propulsion engine is converted to open state or armed state to ignite the engine. The handle is turned 90 degrees from the safe state to make a pin groove on a handle support plate(18) indicating armed state accorded with a pin(17a) of the handle. The polygonal outer part of the handle is inserted to a polygonal cavity(13b) of a hanging rod(13). The hanging rod is rotated and a circular arc recessed part(13a) of the handing rod is placed no to disturb the lengthwise movement of a piston(12). The handle is separated from a safety device to be accorded with the pin groove and the pin. If a gunpowder cup of an igniter is exploded by the operation of the igniter, the explosive pressure pushes the piston and the piston is moved. The gunpowder cup installed in an insertion part(11) of the propulsion engine is cut. A shielding plate cap is exploded by a sharp rod of the piston and the piston is stopped by the shielding plate. The flames outputting from the gunpowder cup ignites a gunpowder cup(11a) in the insertion part and igniting tablets(4) thereon. Thereby, the propulsion engine is ignited.
