Abstract: A method for the production of anti T-2 toxin monoclonal antibody or its reactive fragment comprises (a) in vitro immunization of B-lymphocyte of rodents by antigen using T-2 toxin as hapten, (b) cell fusion of the immunized lymphocyte and myeloma cell to form hybridoma, (c) selecting for clones producing specific monoclonal antibodies to the antigen or hapten, (d) growing the selected clones by cell culture, and (e) collecting the produced monoclonal antidodies.

Abstract translation: 用于生产抗T-2毒素单克隆抗体或其反应性片段的方法包括（a）使用T-2毒素作为半抗原，通过抗原体外免疫啮齿动物的B淋巴细胞，（b）免疫淋巴细胞的细胞融合和 骨髓瘤细胞以形成杂交瘤，（c）选择产生针对抗原或半抗原的特异性单克隆抗体的克隆，（d）通过细胞培养生长所选择的克隆，和（e）收集产生的单克隆抗体。
