PURPOSE: Provided are competitive enzyme-linked immunofiltration assay using multi-filters and a kit therefor, thereby reducing time and cost for assay. CONSTITUTION: The competitive enzyme-linked immunofiltration assay method comprises the steps of: carrying out immune reaction of a liquid sample to be analyzed by adding an antibody-enzyme complex; removing an immune complex and other immune aggregations by passing a mixed solution containing an immune complex and unreacted antibody-enzyme complex through a membrane filter; carrying out immune reaction of the filtered unreacted antibody-enzyme on an inclusion membrane where the sample to be analyzed is fixed; and analyzing the presence and concentration of the sample to be analyzed by adding an enzyme specific substrate included in the immune complex.

PURPOSE: An organophosphorus compound gas sensor and a manufacturing method thereof, and a chemical gas sensor using the same and method using the sensor are provided to improve resettability by reducing a time required for attaching/detaching gas molecule in a room temperature. CONSTITUTION: An organophosphorus compound gas sensor comprises source-drain electrodes(131,132), a substrate(134), and a detecting layer(133). Power is applied to the source-drain electrodes. The source-drain electrodes are formed on the substrate. The detecting layer contains a single carbon nano tube between the source-drain electrodes on the substrate. The source-drain electrodes are formed with palladium metal. Electrode patterns are formed by using a photolithographic method and a liftoff method together.
Abstract:
An apparatus for detecting a biological material is provided to automatically and rapidly detect the biological material by performing crush of a sample and detection of the biological material at the same time. The apparatus for detecting a biological material comprises a crusher(110) for crushing an injected sample, a detector(130) which senses fluorescence and radiation from the crushed sample to detect information relating to the biological material, and a driving source(160) for transferring the crushed material to the detector, wherein the biological material includes nucleic acids such as DNA and RNA, proteins and ATP. The apparatus further comprises an air collector(100) which collects and concentrates biological particles from atmosphere and then injects the concentrated particles to the crusher and a reagent storage portion(140) in which a reagent transferred to the detector by the driving source is stored.

A method for the production of anti T-2 toxin monoclonal antibody or its reactive fragment comprises (a) in vitro immunization of B-lymphocyte of rodents by antigen using T-2 toxin as hapten, (b) cell fusion of the immunized lymphocyte and myeloma cell to form hybridoma, (c) selecting for clones producing specific monoclonal antibodies to the antigen or hapten, (d) growing the selected clones by cell culture, and (e) collecting the produced monoclonal antidodies.

The installed collecting nozzle has relative stagnant air on the inside of which certain sizes of floating particles can be collected. Collecting nozzle(2) composing floating line(3) is installed at the vertical edge of accelerating nozzle(1) to which air including floating particles is supplied, forming outlined oiling line(4) between accelerating and collecting nozzles, then the air passed through accelerating flows down to the entrance of collecting nozzle.

본 발명은 공기중에 포함되어 있는 부유입자의 크기와 밀도차이에 기인하는 관성력의 차이를 이용하여 특정 크기의 부유입자를 분리해내는 가상충돌기를 이용한 부유입자 분리장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 부유입자 분리장치는 가속노즐과 수집노즐로 이루어진 가상충돌기 내로 부유입자를 함유하고 있는 공기를 통과시켜 일정크기 이상의 부유입자가 수집노즐 내의 부유로로 향하게 하고 그 외의 공기는 주유로로 흘러들도록 이루어진 가상충돌기 단독으로 구성되거나 2개 이상 조합하여 구성된 것이다. 본 발명의 가상충돌기를 이용한 부유입자 분리장치는 처리유량이 크고, 연속사용이 가능하면서도 수집 효율이 높다는 장점을 지니고 있다.
