본 발명은 니트라민기와 나이트레이트기를 함유한 지방족 에너지화 가소제 내의 불순물 검출방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 특정 조성의 적정 용매를 사용함으로써 분석기간 및 분석비용을 절감할 수 있는 니트라민기와 나이트레이트기를 함유한 지방족 에너지화 가소제 내의 불순물 검출방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract:
A polymeric bonding agent for composite solid propellent is provided to increase mutual bonding between filler and binder and to improve mechanical properties of the propellent by comprising terpolymer based on acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile, 2-hydroxyethylacrylate or 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate, acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, and carboxylic functional group hydrogen bonded to nitramine oxidant. The polymeric bonding agent includes polymer having carboxylic acid functional group capable of hydrogen bonding to nitramine oxidant and, comprises terpolymer containing: 0.3-15.0wt.% of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid; 10.0-30.0wt.% of 2-hydroxyacrylate or 2-hydroxymethacrylate; and 45.0-89.7wt.% of acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile. The bonding agent has number average molecular weight ranging from 3,0000 to 100,000. The solid propellent includes nitramine oxidant and uses the polymeric bonding agent.

PURPOSE: Provided is a purification method of high purity HNIW(hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane) used as an oxidant of solid propellants for various rockets, by re-crystallization, thereby eliminating impurities and moisture effectively to allow easy the phase transfer of HNIW and to control the particle sizes easily. CONSTITUTION: The purification method of HNIW characteristically comprises the step of recrystallization by using di(C1-3 alkyl) carbonate, preferably dimethyl carbonate, as a recrystallization solvent. Therefore, HNIW compounds having a purity of 99% are obtained.

PURPOSE: A method for controlling the size of an ε type HNIW (hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane) crystal is provided to easily manufacture a crystal having a desirable size not including fine crystals by injecting a material to be crystallized as a seed so that only the growing of the crystal is enabled to have a required crystal size while restraining the generation of nuclei in the crystallization process where the nuclei generation coexists with the growing phenomena of crystals. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the process of crystallizing HNIW in a batch type crystallizer using a solvent having a high solubility on HNIW selected from the group consisting of esters, ketones, hydrocarbon cyanides and ethers as a solvent and using a solvent having a low solubility on HNIW selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbons, hydrocarbon halides, aromatic compounds and alcohols as a precipitant, wherein an ε type HNIW used as a seed is added so that the HNIW is transformed into the ε type HNIW on the solution, thereby growing the ε type HNIW seed so as to control a size of the crystal of the ε type HNIW.

본 발명의 추진제 조성물은 사슬 말단에 수산기를 가지고, 곁가지로 아지드기를 포함하는 프리폴리머, 트리아졸 경화제 및 우레탄 경화제를 포함하는 경화제, 그리고 산화제를 포함한다. 본 발명의 추진제 조성물은 고 에너지를 가지고 있으면서도 인장특성을 향상시켜 기계적 특성이 우수하며, 수분에 덜 민감한 경화시스템을 사용하여서 기존에 수분에 취약한 특성을 가진 산화제를 적용할 수 있고, 추진제 제조시의 공정성을 향상시켰으며, 무연 추진제로도 응용할 수 있다.
