Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel pre-treatment module for an internal combustion engine, capable of the improvement of combustion efficiency through the preprocessing of fuel, is provided to remarkably reduce toxic gas by using a fuel activation part. CONSTITUTION: A fuel pre-treatment module for an internal combustion engine comprises a flow path, a fuel activation part(400) and an injection system. Fuel flows along the flow path. The fuel activation part is arranged in the flow path and activates the fuel. The fuel activation part comprises at least one grooves in the direction in which the fuel flows. The injection system sprays the fuel activated in the fuel activation part. The fuel activation part has a carrier, a thin-film member and an activating member.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an ABZO transparent conductive layer is provided to improve electrical conductivity by a boron vapor diffusion process.
