CONSTITUTION: A striker of a lid-locking device for a vehicle includes a base plate(202), a bar(204), and coil springs(206). The base plate has a first plate(202a), a second plate(202b), and a third plate(202c) connecting the ends of the first and second plates. Slot holes(202d) are each formed to the first plate and the second plate from one end toward the other end. The bar is installed parallel to the third plate, passing through the first and second plates through the slot holes. The coil springs are each installed within the slot holes so that the ends of the coil springs come in contact with the bar and the third plate. First protrusions(202f), to fix the coil spring, are each formed at the ends of the third plate. Second protrusions(204a), to fix the coil spring, are each formed at the ends of the bar.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A connecting rod for a locking unit of a door or a lid in a vehicle is provided to adjust the length of the connecting rod conveniently by bending a bent part easily with a tool, and to cut down manufacturing cost by fixing the length against vibration during traveling. CONSTITUTION: A locking apparatus of a vehicle is composed of an assembling part having a locker assembly in a trunk lid or a bonnet and a striker fitted to a hook of the vehicle body; an operating part driving the locker assembly with a lever and a handle; and a connecting rod(1) connecting the assembling part to the operating part. A bent part(2) is formed in the middle of the connecting rod, and the entire length of the connecting rod is adjusted by applying external force to the bent part. The bent part is bent easily with a tool, and deformation is prevented in locking. The length of the connecting rod is adjusted conveniently, and expenses are reduced.
