Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel microorganism Bacillus coagulans KM-1 and a manufacturing method of fermented soybean meal and fish feed using the same, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of fish feed having more improved digestion rate than conventional soybean meal by high-temperature fermenting soybeans using the novel microorganism Bcillus coagulans KM-1 having alpha-galactosidase enzyme activity and excellent non-digestible carbohydrates degradation activity.
