CONSTITUTION: A novel promoter isolated from Porphyra tenera Kjellman contains a base sequence of sequence number 1. The promoter is isolated by performing PCR using total DNA of Porphyra tenera Kjellman and a primer set of sequence numbers 12 and 15. A transformation vector contains a sequence encoding a target gene and the promoter. The vector is a plasmid vector, phage vector, or virus vector.

본 고안에 따른 반톱니형 인공어초는 갯녹음 현상으로 인해 황폐화된 연안 암반지역에 해중림을 재조성하여 수산자원을 보다 효과적으로 개발·보호해 주는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안에 따른 반톱니형 인공어초는 소정의 두께를 갖는 사각틀 형태를 이루고 해저 바닥에 안착되는 하부 프레임과 일정한 길이부를 갖는 반원통형을 이루고 그 볼록한 부분이 위쪽을 향하도록 상기 하부 프레임 상에 안착되는 상부 프레임으로 구성되어 전체적으로 터널 형상을 이루고, 상기 상부 프레임의 외면에는 상기 길이부를 따라 연장된 톱니형 요철이 상부 프레임의 원주 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 배열된다.

The present invention relates to a hanging culturing device where a mooring rope is connected with multiple pillars installed to be fixed on the seabed. A floating culturing frame is connected with the bottom end of each mooring rope, wherein the floating culturing frame is equipped with a longline rope or an adhesive net on which floats and hanging ropes are hanged at particular intervals, or a longline stick is installed at the top end of each pillar, wherein hanging ropes are hanged at particular intervals thereon. Floats are installed on the corresponding hanging rope. An expansion joint unit is applied to the corresponding rope. When the sea surface level decreases, the expansion joint unit rotates a wire bobbin in a direction in which a spiral spring is wound, and a connecting wire is released, so that the length of the mooring rope or the hanging rope is extended. When the sea surface level increases, through the restoring force of the spiral spring, the expansion joint unit re-winds the connecting wire onto the wire bobbin, so that the length of the mooring rope or the hanging rope is decreased. An object to be cultivated which is cultivated on the mooring rope or the culturing frame can be safely cultivated while being always disposed at a particular layer in the water irrespective of changes in the water surface level. A phenomenon in which the object to be cultivated is overexposed to the outside when the water surface level decreased and a phenomenon in which the object to be cultivated judders and is tangled due to the extended length of the rope are minimized. Accordingly, manpower and costs consumed to manage the object to be cultivated can be minimized, and the quality and productivity of the object using a hanging culturing technique can be remarkably improved.
