Abstract: The present invention provides a glass aquaculture tank equipped with a dual drainage device for aquatic organism (an organism to be cultivated and a prey organism) cultivation in a multi-stage system in order to solve the problem of the prior tank that larvae cannot be cultivated separately from others in the tank. The glass aquaculture tank equipped with a dual drainage device for aquatic organism cultivation in a multi-stage system includes an aquaculture tank main body which has an open top, a floor part in a certain size, and polygonal outer walls; a dual drainage device which is installed on an inner side of one end of the aquaculture tank main body and includes a water level adjusting pipe and a drainage pipe; and a filter fixing device installed on an inner side of the outer wall of the tank main body; a filter installed on the filter fixing device; and a larva/fry separation net which can be attached and detached on the filter fixing device. In the separate glass aquaculture tank, aquatic organisms can be separated by varying the mesh size according to the size of the cultivated organism or the type of the prey organism.
