Abstract: PURPOSE: A seeding and verification method for a target area of precipitation enhancement or snow enhancement is provided to help a study for electric power production and cloud physics using water resources, and to secure water resources making rain in the target area. CONSTITUTION: A seeding and verification method for a target area of precipitation enhancement or snow enhancement includes a step for spraying cloud seeds on a wind box of the target area until the setting time is satisfied, and a step for detecting precipitation enhancement or snow effects with ground water concentration observation equipment and an aviation radar. The cloud seeds re sprayed in 5°C or less.

The water roof injection unit forms a tunnel-shaped water roof along a track crossing the top of a road and a bridge. The fog observation unit calculates visibility by obtaining fog images and calculates the concentration and flowing direction of the fog. Abstract: PURPOSE: A mist diminution and interception method by a water curtain for roads and bridges is provided to reduce or cut off mist on roads or bridges by creating a water curtain using high-pressure water, thereby helping safe driving. CONSTITUTION: A mist diminution and interception method by a water curtain for roads and bridges is as follows. The mist concentration of a road or bridge is observed(S10). The inflow direction and propagation speed of mist are measured if the observed mist concentration is lower than the set value(S20). According to the measurement on the inflow direction and propagation speed of mist, water is sprayed at high pressure to the road or bridge in order to create a water curtain(S30). The creation of water curtain is stopped when the mist concentration is raised over the set value(S40).
