Abstract: An omni-directional image apparatus which obtains a panorama moving picture of high definition by using fisheye lens and displaying the panorama moving picture through network are provided to monitor the image at wide range through a reflection mirror by acquiring the panorama image through a software process. A CMOS sensor(320) outputs video data to YCbCr 422 format to a CCD IF(Charge-Coupled Device Intermediate Frequency)(322) block by using the BT656 interface. The CCD IF block receives image data in YCbCr 422 format. Video data are input to the BT656 interface in the YCbCr 422 format and the charge coupled device IF block stores screen data in the first DRAM(374) to the YCbCr 422 format. A software MPEG 4 and video data stored in the first DRAM are stored in the third DRAM(378) by using a video encoder(380).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A seeding and verification method for a target area of precipitation enhancement or snow enhancement is provided to help a study for electric power production and cloud physics using water resources, and to secure water resources making rain in the target area. CONSTITUTION: A seeding and verification method for a target area of precipitation enhancement or snow enhancement includes a step for spraying cloud seeds on a wind box of the target area until the setting time is satisfied, and a step for detecting precipitation enhancement or snow effects with ground water concentration observation equipment and an aviation radar. The cloud seeds re sprayed in 5°C or less.

Abstract: An omnidirectional image apparatus and a method thereof for enlarging the segment of a panoramic image are provided to acquire a panorama moving picture of the high definition by using a fisheye lens and display the panorama moving picture through network. A CCD(Charge Coupled Device) IF(Intermediate Frequency) block(322) stores the output image data of a sensor(320) to a first DRAM(Dynamic Random Access Memory). A video encoder stores the image data to a third DRAM by compressing the image data in MPEG4 data. A resize engine(324) stores the image data stored in the first DRAM to a second DRAM. An NTSC/PAL encoder converts video data stored in the second DRAM into the analog signal. A motion detector automatically detects the mobile object within screen.
