Abstract: 본 발명은 누에 혈림프 유래 70kDa 단백질을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 누에 혈림프 유래 70kDa 단백질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로, 보다 상세하게는 누에로부터 실샘을 제거하고 남은 혈림프를 분쇄한 다음 물에 넣고 열처리한 후 이를 원심분리하여 얻은 상등액을 컬럼을 통해 분리하여 얻은 누에 혈림프 유래 70kDa 단백질을 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
본 발명에 의해, 인체 무해하면서 항산화능, 항균활성능, 미백효과 등이 우수한 누에 혈림프 유래 70kDa 단백질을 포함하는 화장료 조성물이 제공된다.-

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a 70-kDa protein derived from silkworm hemolymph. The cosmetic composition of the present invention contains 70-kDa protein derived from silkworm hemolymph, and more specifically, 70-kDa protein derived from silkworm hemolymph, which is obtained by removing silk glands from silkworms, pulverizing the remaining hemolymph, putting the pulverized hemolymph in water, performing heat treatment, and obtaining a supernatant through centrifugation, and subjecting the supernatant to column separation. According to the present invention, provided is a cosmetic composition containing a 70-kDa protein derived from silkworm hemolymph, wherein the cosmetic composition is harmless to the human body and has excellent anti-oxidative capability, antibacterial activity, and whitening effect.

본 발명에 의해, 인체 무해하면서 항산화능, 피부세포증식능, 피부 친화력 등이 우수한 누에 실샘 유래 가수분해물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물이 제공된다.
