Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing method of a functional beverage using onion is provided to offer antiobesity and anticholesterol effects of acanthopanax, and excellent pharmaceutical effects of onion to the beverage. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a functional beverage using onion comprises the following: saturating acanthopanax skins in tepid water(S10); inserting the acanthopanax into the bottom of a double boiler, and inserting the onion on the upper side of the acanthopanax before heating to obtain onion juice and acanthopanax juice(S20,S21); mixing the onion juice and the acanthopanax juice, and concentrating the mixture to obtain a first concentrate(S24); and secondly concentrating the first concentrate, and packing the concentrate in a pouch(S30).
