Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing method of a functional beverage using onion is provided to offer antiobesity and anticholesterol effects of acanthopanax, and excellent pharmaceutical effects of onion to the beverage. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a functional beverage using onion comprises the following: saturating acanthopanax skins in tepid water(S10); inserting the acanthopanax into the bottom of a double boiler, and inserting the onion on the upper side of the acanthopanax before heating to obtain onion juice and acanthopanax juice(S20,S21); mixing the onion juice and the acanthopanax juice, and concentrating the mixture to obtain a first concentrate(S24); and secondly concentrating the first concentrate, and packing the concentrate in a pouch(S30).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用洋葱的功能性饮料的生产方法，以提供刺五加的抗肥胖和抗胆固醇效果，以及洋葱对饮料的优良药效。 构成：使用洋葱的功能饮料的生产方法包括：在温水中饱和刺五加皮肤（S10）; 将刺五加插入双锅炉底部，加热前将洋葱放入刺五加上侧，得到洋葱汁和刺五加汁（S20，S21）; 混合洋葱汁和刺五加汁，并浓缩混合物以获得第一浓缩物（S24）; 和第二浓缩物，并将浓缩物包装在袋中（S30）。
