본 발명은 고사리 포자를 배양하는 방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 고사리 포자를 채취하여 멸균수에 진탕하고 알콜을 사용하여 포자의 표면을 살균하여세척한 후 NaOCl 수용액에 침지시켜 초음파 또는 진공살균을 실시한 후 NaOCl 수용액을 제거하여 MS, 1/2MS 및 Hyponex 고체 배지에서 접종한 후, 항온기에서 배양하는 단계로 구성된다. 본 발명의 고사리 포자 배양 방법을 이용하면 자연상태에서의 고사리 포자 발아시 문제점을 해결할 수 있고 대량생산이 가능토록 하여 농가 소득향상에 직접적인 도움을 줄 수 있다. 고사리, 재배, 포자, 발아, 살균, 배양

PURPOSE: An aseptic culture method of bracken spore is provided to mass-produce the bracken spore by improving the germination rate and reducing the contamination rate during a sprouting process of the bracken spore. CONSTITUTION: An aseptic culture method of bracken spore comprises the following steps: freeze-storing the bracken spore for 3~5days; defrosting the bracken spore using sterile water; dipping the bracken spore inside a sterilized test tube; dipping the bracken spore for 5~15minutes inside a NaOCl solution; centrifugal separating the NaOCl solution; removing NaOCl from the centrifugal separated solution, and washing with the sterile water to obtain pure spores; producing a liquid culture medium; inserting the liquid culture medium into a 1/2 MS solid medium cultivation bottle, and injecting the pure bracken spores; and cultivating the injected bracken spores.

A novel strain of Cordyceps sp. is provided to control plant strongylosis caused by longicorn beetle insects in an environment-friendly manner by exterminating larva, pupa and adult insect of longicorn beetle insects within a short period of time. A novel strain of Cordyceps militaris Hope(KCTC 18113P) capable of controlling plant strongylosis is isolated from the longicorn beetle insects by sterilizing the surface of longicorn beetle insects with ethylalcohol, sterilizing the longicorn beetle insects with pure ethylalcohol and a flame under antiseptic condition, and extracting body fluid from the longicorn beetle insects through injection. The plant strongylosis is controlled by inoculating Cordyceps militaris Hope(KCTC 18113P) to needle-leaf trees for 5-30 days.

PURPOSE: A method for producing glucose from vegetable biomass is provided to efficiently produce glucose through steam explosion, water washing, and delignification processes, thereby efficiently producing bioethanol. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing glucose from vegetable biomass comprises the steps of: treating vegetable biomass by steam explosion; dipping and stirring the treated biomass in water at 30-90°C for 1-5 hours and filtering; mixing the filtered material with one or more solution containing sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, and methanol for delignification; and hydrolyzing the mixture with cellulase and beta-glucosidase.

PURPOSE: A producing method of mushroom salt having the antioxidant activity, and the mushroom salt are provided to increase the concentration of minerals after removing impurities from bay salt. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of mushroom salt comprises the following steps: inserting 100~500parts of water by weight into 10parts of dried mushrooms by weight, and extracting for 10~80minutes at 90~110deg C: condensing the obtained mushroom hot water extract; dissolving 10parts of bay salt by weight into 10~40parts of water by weight; mixing the obtained salt water with the mushroom concentrate; and re-crystallizing the mixture by evaporating the moisture.
