Abstract: PURPOSE: A median strip capable of easily attaching and detaching a partition plate is provided to improve efficiency of an opening and closing work in emergencies by conveniently and accurately performing a bolting work. CONSTITUTION: A median strip comprises multiple supporters(3a,3b), partition plates(4,5,5a,5b), and partition plate moving units(7). The supporters are arranged in the center of a road a uniform intervals. The partition plates are installed along the supporters, and face each other.
