    Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical film and organic light emitting display apparatus with the same are provided to prevent reflection of external light, thereby increasing light extracting efficiency by collecting and emitting light emitted from the organic light emitting display apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A fine structure comprises a first transmission part(111), a second transmission part, a border part, a central part, and a reflection part(114). The first transmission part and the second transmission part face each other on an optical film(100). Light emitted from the organic light emitting display apparatus passes the first and second transmission parts. The reflection part is arranged on the border part. A light absorbing unit(120) is arranged between fine structures to absorb light.
