    Abstract: An organic light emitting device is provided to make the organic light emitting device of high efficiency, low voltage, high brightness, and longevity by using hole injection material suitable for the fluorescence. An organic light-emitting device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, a light-emitting layer, a first hole injection layer, and a second hole injection layer. The light-emitting layer is positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode, the first hole injection layer is positioned between the first electrode and light-emitting layer. The second hole injection layer is positioned between the first hole injection layer and light-emitting layer. The second hole injection layer comprises a second organic compound for the hole injection layer formation and metal oxide. The first hole injection layer in the organic light-emitting device comprises the mixture of the organic compound for metal fluoride and the hole injection layer formation. The metal fluoride included in the first hole injection layer is a new hole injection layer forming material.
