    Abstract: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to prevent malfunction of an organic luminescent part due to unnecessary particle by forming a particle collecting layer on an encapsulation substrate. An organic electroluminescent display device(100) comprises a substrate(10), an organic luminescent part(20), an encapsulation substrate(30), a particle collecting layer(40), and a sealing member(50). The organic luminescent part is formed on the substrate. The encapsulation substrate is faced with the substrate, and seals the organic luminescent part. The substrate and the encapsulation substrate are contacted by the sealing member. The particle collecting layer is formed on one surface of the encapsulation substrate by a spin coating or a spray coating, is faced with a luminescent surface of the organic luminescent part, and is made of transparent organic material having viscosity. Thickness of the particle collecting layer is 60um ~ 1000um.

CONSTITUTION: A laser(40) irradiates laser beam on a substrate supplying sealant. A laser transfer unit(30) transfers laser beam. A beam splitter(50) splits the laser beam into the vertical polarization laser beam and the horizontal polarization laser beam. A laser beam irradiation position control unit(60) controls the irradiation position of the laser beam passing through the beam splitter. The laser beam irradiation position control unit is arranged on the path of the laser beam passing through the beam splitter.
