Abstract: PURPOSE: A touch panel driving circuit and a touch panel including the circuit are provided to eliminate the current component generated by finger temperature by including photo diode. CONSTITUTION: A first photo diode(D1) is connected between a first voltage power source and sensing node. The first photo diode generates the first current by the light incoming from outside and the finger heat. A second photo diode(D2) is connected between the sensing node and the second voltage power. The second photo diode generates a second current created by the finger heat. An amplifier circuit removes the second current from the first current in the sensing node. The amplifier circuit measures the luminance of the light which does not receive influence in the finger heat.
