CONSTITUTION: A plurality of scanning lines transfers a plurality of scanning signals. A plurality of data lines transfers a data signal corresponding to an input image signal. A plurality of pixels displays the image corresponding to the input image signal according to the data signal. A controller includes a frame memory(510) and a detector. The frame memory stores the input image signal of one frame in a frame unit. The detector outputs the input image signal by controlling the frame memory and does not read the input image signal in the frame memory for a preset period when a first mode is changed into a second mode.
