본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 안테나 패턴 프레임은 신호를 송신 또는 수신하는 안테나의 패턴부와 상기 신호가 전자장치의 회로기판과 송신 또는 수신되도록 하는 연결 단자부가 형성되는 방사체; 및 상기 방사체가 몰드 사출 성형되어 제조되고, 상기 안테나 패턴부를 상기 전자장치의 케이스 내부에 매립되도록 하며 상기 방사체를 지지하는 방사체 프레임;을 포함하고, 상기 방사체 프레임은 상기 방사체가 매립된 전자장치의 케이스 몰드 사출 성형을 위한 제조금형에 수지재가 유입되어 사출압에 의해 상기 방사체 프레임이 상기 제조금형에 밀착되도록 하는 유압홈을 형성할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An antenna pattern frame, a manufacturing method thereof, and a mold are provided to improve impact resistance of an antenna by embedding a radiator with an antenna pattern in an electronic device case. CONSTITUTION: An antenna pattern frame(200) includes a radiator(220) and a radiator frame(210). The radiator includes an antenna pattern unit(222) and a connection terminal unit(224). The antenna pattern unit receives an external signal. A connection terminal unit transmits the external signal to an electronic device. A connection unit connects the antenna pattern to the connection terminal unit. The antenna pattern unit is formed on one side of the radiator frame. The connection terminal unit is formed on the other side of the radiator frame and is formed by bending, forming, and drawing a part of the radiator.

The present invention relates to a radiator frame having an antenna pattern embedded therein, an antenna pattern frame including the same, an electronic device including the same, and a mold for manufacturing the same. The radiator frame comprises a radiator having an antenna pattern part for transmitting and receiving signals, and a connection terminal part for electrically connecting the antenna pattern part to a circuit board; and a molding frame made by injection-molding the radiator to make the connection terminal part exposed to one side and the antenna pattern part exposed to the other side, opposite to the said one side. The molding frame may include a radiator frame having at least one guide pin border hole formed along the border of the radiator or may provide a mold for manufacturing the radiator frame.

PURPOSE: A communication terminal and manufacturing method thereof are provided to skip the production process of an antenna pattern by putting the antenna pattern on a cover. CONSTITUTION: A case is combined with a terminal body(110). The case forms the outer shape of a terminal. An antenna unit(200) includes an antenna pattern(220) and an elastic pin(250). The antenna pattern is integrally formed on the case. The elastic pin is formed on one end of the antenna pattern. The elastic pin is electrically connected with a wireless module(115) of the terminal body.
