Abstract: PURPOSE: A substrate separating device and a method thereof are provided to fix one edge of an upper substrate of a multilayered substrate by a fixing unit, thereby separating the multilayered substrate. CONSTITUTION: A supporting unit(110) supports a multilayered substrate. The supporting unit includes a supporting plate(112) and a heater(114). The supporting plate has a supporting surface with a through hole. A bonding layer is inserted into the multilayered substrate so that the multilayered substrate includes an upper substrate and a lower substrate. A fixing unit(120) is fixed to the multilayered substrate. A driving unit(130) includes a first driving machine(132) and a second driving machine(134). A vacuum pressure providing unit(140) provides vacuum pressure to the supporting unit. The vacuum pressure providing unit comprises a vacuum line(142) and a vacuum pump(144).

Abstract: 이 고안은 튜너샤시의 백업장치에 관한 것으로서, 조립지그상에 튜너샤시를 안착한다음 튜너샤시에 조립하고자 하는 부품을 수공구로 파지한 상태에서 일일이 수작업으로 조립지그를 작동시켜 조립함으로써 조립작업이 번거롭고 조잡하여 작업능률 및 생산성의 향상을 기할수 없는 종래의 문제점을 해결하고자 한다.
이를 해결하기 위하여 이 고안은, 제1,2도에 나타낸 바와 같이 경사캠(32)이 형성된 조그(30)가 탄성력있게 설치되고 승강실린더(12)의 피스톤 로드(14)에 장착된 테이퍼캠(16)이 상기 조그(30)의 경사캠(32)과 접촉되도록 설치됨으로서 승강실린더(12)의 피스톤 로드(14)가 상승함에 따라 조그(30)가 오므라들면서 상승되며 이에 따라서 짧은 시간내에 튜너샤시를 정확히 위치에 세팅할 수 있고 작업트러블의 제거로 인한 작업능률의 향상을 기할수 있도록 한 것이다.
