    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for transmitting and receiving data including a plurality of data streams in a broadcast/communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided to receive the multiple data streams by using signaling information. CONSTITUTION: A frame is divided into a plurality of physical layer regions. A plurality of data streams is allocated to the multiple physical layer regions. Signaling information related to the divided multiple physical layer regions is allocated to one or more physical layer regions. The frame including the signaling information is transmitted. The signaling information comprises one or more information among position information of the physical layer region, characteristic information of the physical layer region, and allocation information with respect to the physical layer regions.
