Abstract: A home network simulation system and method are provided to test various device models and standards by generating a device object for a device newly added to a home network. An area management server(110) manages an area where a device is located according to a control message inputted by a user. A gateway(120) is connected with the area and enables communication between the area management server(110) and the device.
