Abstract: A photoresist composition for immersion lithography and a method for forming a photoresist pattern using the same are provided to drastically increase hydrophilicity in an exposure step. A photoresist composition for immersion lithography comprises a photosensitive polymer including an alicyclic functional group blocked with at least two cyclic acetal groups to a side chain; a photoacie generator; and organic solvent. The cyclic acetal group is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen atom, C1-10 aliphatic functional group or aromatic functional group; Rx and Ry are independently hydrogen atom, C1-10 aliphatic functional group; and n is an integer of 1 ~ 10.

Abstract: A display device is provided to enable a coupling member to be coupled with a receiving vessel and a top chassis through a simple coupling process, thereby easily discharging EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) and ESD(Electro-Static Discharge) remaining in the top chassis to the receiving vessel. A receiving vessel(250) provides a receiving space by having a bottom unit(258) and a first side wall(252) prolonged from the bottom unit. A display panel is accepted into the receiving space, and displays an image. A top chassis(380) has a cover unit(385) and a second side wall(384) prolonged from the cover unit, and supports the display panel in the receiving space by being coupled with the receiving vessel. A coupling member is coupled with the receiving vessel and the top chassis, and conducts the receiving vessel and the top chassis. The coupling member is at least one or more clamps(450) for gripping the receiving vessel and the top chassis.

Abstract: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel assembly and an LCD including the LCD panel assembly are provided to improve display quality by providing a stable signal to an LCD panel through amplifiers even though a power supply line becomes longer. An LCD panel assembly(200) includes an LCD panel(210), a driver(220), a power supply line(230), and an amplification unit(240). The LCD panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate facing the first substrate, and a liquid crystal layer formed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The driver provides a driving signal to the LCD panel. The power supply line provides power to the LCD panel. The amplification unit amplifies the power supplied to the LCD panel. The power supply line transfers a common voltage, a gate on voltage or a gate off voltage. The amplification unit is formed on the first substrate and includes a plurality of operational amplifiers.
